Kathurima Mwongera is the Founder and Coordinator at Upcountry Success (UPS). He founded UPS to address rural youth unemployment by advancing mentorship, resource mobilization, and community-led development. Kathurima works closely with youth groups, community elders, and development partners to help rural communities initiate sustainable, income-generating projects.

Douglas is the Head of IT at Upcountry Success (UPS), leading the design and development of the organization’s digital platforms. He supports UPS’s mission by building accessible, reliable technology that connects rural communities, partners, and opportunities.
